Objective

VROOZY provides a 15-minute 360-degree VR movie to passengers on the Vande Bharat Express train as a part of the recently launched Passenger Engagement and Entertainment Service (PEES).

The company had a team of 6-7 executives on the train to explain the value proposition and drive sales. However, due to the time constraints and inconsistencies in the sales process, the executives could only reach 25-30% of the passengers. 

VROOZY needed a system to automate lead generation, streamline the sales process, and drive more sales.

Solution 

VROOZY used QRCodeChimp’s QR code technology to introduce lead magnets with QR codes and placed them in front of the passengers.

The passengers could scan the QR code to engage with VROOZY’s AI-enabled chatbots, which the company implemented using WhatsApp Business APIs.

The chatbots provided detailed information about the service, including the value proposition, pricing, customer reviews, product catalog, and details about each product. 

To avail of the service, passengers need to select their coach and seat number. After that, a VROOZY attendant arrives at the seat and helps them enjoy the service.
