Yes. If you have reached the limit for Dynamic QR Codes or would like to unlock more features, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime.

However, while upgrading, you cannot switch from yearly billing to monthly billing. 

No, there are no set up fees or hidden costs.

Yes. During your account upgrade, the previous unused credit is adjusted automatically according to the remaining period of your previous plan.

Yes, for your first purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days from the purchase date and receive a full refund.

Simply send an email to our support team with your reason for the refund, so we can use your feedback to enhance our services.

Once we confirm with you, our team will initate the refund within 2 working days.

Please note that it may take 5 to 7 business days (or sometimes longer) for the amount to appear in your account.

Yes, you will have the option on the checkout to pay via Paypal. 

You may also directly pay to payments@qrcodechimp.com, and send our support team an email with your account and transaction details. We will update your account to the right package.

Under the free plan, we provide 1000 scans per month free for all the dynamic codes combined. Once you reach the 1000 scans limit for a month, scans are paused, but they reopen next month for another 1000 scans.

QR code will be valid forever. If it's dynamic, it will be paused if their scan limit for the month is reached.

If you are a paid user, the dynamic QR codes given in your plan will remain active till you recharge the plan regularly. Otherwise, your account will be moved to a free plan, and the dynamic codes other than the last 10 will be paused.
