Before You Start: What You’ll Need for Setting Up White Label Merchandise Account
Your Domain Name: This is your custom website or subdomain hosting your branded content. Example: yourcompany.com or subdomain.yourcompany.com.
CNAME (Host & Target): You must set this in your domain’s DNS (Domain Name System) to enable white labeling.
- Host: A specific name to connect your domain to another service. For example, cname.qrcodechimp.com.
- Target: The service you are linking to.

Default root domain redirect: This is the website where users will be redirected if they only type your domain without specifying a page. Example: Redirecting yourdomain.com to yourdomain.com/home.
Default code not-found/not-active URL: The page users see if the link or QR code is inactive or doesn’t exist. Example: A custom 404 error page.
Title: The text displayed in the browser tab when users visit your site.
Description: A brief explanation of your site’s purpose, often used by search engines.
Favicon: The small icon/logo displayed in the browser tab for your website.
Privacy Policy and Terms URL: A link to your website’s privacy policy and terms of service.
Support Email: The email address customers can use to contact you for help.

To start your reselling journey with QRCodeChimp, you must configure your account settings on the white-label merchandise settings page.
Note: If you’re not already on the White Label Merchandise Settings page, log in to your QRCodeChimp account, head to your Dashboard, and select White Label Merchandise Settings from the Settings menu on the left panel.
Step 1: Basic Configuration
1.1 Click Set Up Now to enable white labeling for your account, and you will be redirected to the White Label Settings page. Complete your white labeling setup and return to White Label Merchandise Settings.

Note: You can skip this step if white labeling is already active on your account.

1.2 Enter your Privacy Policy and Terms URL so your users/customers can review and agree to them when claiming and activating their merchandise’s digital profiles.
1.3 Enter your Support Email, which your customers can use to contact you for assistance.
The Save button will be enabled once you enter all the above information. Click Save to move to the next step.
Step 2: Set Up Your Business Model
To Set Up Your Business Model, you can choose from two options –

2.1 Fill the input box in Prompt Subscription after __ days from the code activation. Your customers will be prompted to renew their subscription after the number of days that you set in this input box.

2.2 Select the preferred Currency you want your customers to pay for their subscription renewal.

Note: Once set, you cannot change the currency.
2.3 Check Monthly Subscription if you want to give your customers a monthly subscription option. Add a name for your plan under the Label input box and set the monthly subscription price in the Price input box.

2.4 Check the Yearly Subscription if you want to give your customers a yearly subscription option. Set plan name and subscription price.

Note: Once set, you can not change the subscription model from Charge Customer Subscription Fee to Do Not Charge Customers.
Click Save to move to the next step.
Choose this model to let customers keep their digital profiles active at no cost. Once your business grows, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to support more active profiles beyond your current plan limit.
Note: You can change the subscription model from Do Not Charge Customers to Charge Customer Subscription Fee, but once set, you can not roll back.
Click Finalize Setup, and your White label merchandise setup will be completed.

Step 3: Set Up Your Payment Gateway (Only applicable for the ‘Charge Customer Subscription Fee’ business model)
Configure the Payment Gateway by choosing Stripe or Razorpay (depending on your geographic location) to process customer payments based on the subscription rates you have set. Please note once set, you can’t change your payment gateway.

Click Next, and two more input rows will appear, asking for the Publishable Key/Key ID and Secret Key. Your chosen payment partner will provide both keys; the relevant URL is already provided on the page.

Click Save.
Step 4: Set Up Your Payment Page (Only applicable for the ‘Charge Customer Subscription Fee’ business model)
This page allows your customers to activate and recharge their profiles. Click the Set Up Payment Page to configure the page that your customers will view and use.

Under Payment Settings, you can customize the following pages.
- Payment Page
- Payment Success Page
- Payment Failed Page
- Payment Pending
Customize these pages with your logo, content, images, and other subscription details. The process is self-explanatory. Just follow the instructions.
Click Save after every step.
Your customers will see the page below once their subscription period is over and they need to recharge to reactivate it.

Step 5: Add Credits to Your Balance (Only applicable for the ‘Charge Customer Subscription Fee’ business model)
You need to Recharge your white-label merchandise account to start using it. It is essential to maintain Your Balance; otherwise, your customers will not be able to renew their subscriptions.
Click Add Credits to Your Balance. Enter the amount in the Add Credit popup and click Recharge. You will be redirected to your preferred payment method.

Note: Your recharge currency will be the same as you opted for in Step 2. It will be converted automatically if you want to add credit using another currency. For example, if you set USD as your currency in your account and choose to buy credits in INR, your credit balance will still be in USD.
If you have used a different currency to buy your Ultima subscription, it will not impact your balance.
Your White Label Merchandise Settings will look like this once you complete all five steps:

Congratulations! You have successfully configured your White Label Merchandise account. Click Create Now and start creating White Labeled QR and NFC merchandise.
Your earnings and credits?
To view the amount after recharge, navigate to the left panel and click White Label Earnings. The following page will open.
You can see your recharge amount under My Balance. This page also gives you a complete overview of your transactions, earnings, and customer renewals.
